Supremacy of Written Terms
All written terms and conditions stated on the H.O.F.S.S. website take precedence over any face-to-face interactions, verbal communications, assumptions, discussions, interpretations, arguments, text messages, email correspondence, published discussions, voicemails, or any other communication platforms.

Extension to Authorized Installation Companies
The terms and conditions of H.O.F.S.S. are extended to all authorized installation companies without exceptions implied, ensuring alignment with the content on the H.O.F.S.S. website.

Appliance Replacement for Fire Protection
The replacement of furnaces, water heaters, refrigerators, or any other appliances must be undertaken by H.O.F.S.S. to safeguard against compromised fire protection.

Voidance of Initial Installation
Failure to contact H.O.F.S.S. for a visual inspection may result in the voidance of the initial installation, potentially depriving the system of its intended fire protection and other stated benefits.

System Functionality Clarification
H.O.F.S.S. explicitly states that its assembly/installation does not guarantee the extinguishing of fires. Instead, the system is designed to provide additional time for evacuation, contingent upon factors such as weather conditions and the type of stored fuel.

Adherence to Standards and Inspection Requirements
H.O.F.S.S. does not alter, modify, inspect, or impede standards, such as NFPA 1192 or 72, and requires a yearly visual inspection for proper maintenance. The company documents installation and inspection details, including make, model, year, date of installation, and mileage, and collects digital media for training or marketing, with client consent.

Reserve Rights and Business Operation Changes
H.O.F.S.S. reserves the right to change, modify, alter, discontinue services, pricing, availability, or deny service or inspection to any entity without prior notice.

Understanding of Terms and Conditions
By conducting business, the paying client affirms having read and understood the terms and conditions. In the event of a translator requirement, the client is responsible for arranging a discussion with H.O.F.S.S.

No Return Policy and Arbitration Agreement
H.O.F.S.S. enforces a no-return policy for parts or labor. In case of discrepancies, the “only” paying client agrees to arbitration before court proceedings and bears associated costs. Communication will be exclusively with the paying client.

Communication Protocol
H.O.F.S.S. strictly communicates with the paying client and will not engage with third parties, including family members, lawyers, or friends, via email, phone, text, social media, or any other platforms.

We would like to inform you that all parts sales are considered final, except in cases explicitly covered by the manufacturer warranty. Furthermore, we kindly request that you confirm the scheduling of the installation within 30 days. Failure to schedule the installation within this specified timeframe will result in forfeiture of the parts.

Additionally, please be aware that both invoices and estimates remain valid for a period of 30 days from the date of their issuance. However, it is important to note that in the event that the invoice or estimate is warranty or claim-related, certain exclusions may apply. These exclusions encompass potential non-coverage of shipping costs, taxes, or labor hours.

By engaging in communication with our company, it is understood that you have implicitly acknowledged and accepted our terms, conditions, and pricing pertaining to H.O.F.F.S.

Estimates and Diagnostic

H.O.F.F.S. does not offer free estimates on any services that we provide, under any circumstances.

  1. Drive time is considered a “Service Call”
  2. Time at location(s) is considered “Diagnostic”


  • A $75.00 convenience fee will be applied to all chargeback credit cards and/or returned checks.
  • Credit card payments are only accepted for parts. No over-the-phone payments or mailed checks will be accepted.
  • We charge by the hour only, for our services.
  • H.O.F.F.S. does not accept Venmo, Zelle, Cash App, or any other money transfer service(s).


  • We do not warranty work for vacation rental, and the public use RVs.
  • 30-day warranty on labor for non-warranty manufacturers, dealership, insurance, and warranty claims.
  • 90-day warranty on labor for manufacturers, dealership, insurance, and warranty claims.
  • Labor warranty applies to the original owner and is not transferable to any new owner.
  • We do not conduct a diagnostic over the phone.
  • We will not install any parts that have not been purchased by H.O.F.F.S. for warranty, insurance, or dealerships claims.
  • Clients need to confirm appointments for installations or pick up any ordered parts; within 90 days. If arrangements have not been made parts will be considered forfeited.
  • After the completion of any jobs done in the warehouse, the client will have 5 days to remove their RV. If the RV is not removed a $25.00 a day storage fee will be assessed.
  • By contacting H.O.F.F.S. you have an implied understanding of terms, conditions, and pricing.
  • We reserve the right to change the terms and conditions without prior notice. Once we start the work, the client is responsible for the payment owed before we leave. No invoice will be sent unless H.O.F.F.S. and the client have made an agreement between the two parties; H.O.F.F.S. and the client, to pay an invoice through QuickBooks.
